• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.  
• Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
