Our commitment to those who serve goes beyond delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the shipping date to do so—completely free, no questions asked. To ensure eligibility, items must be in their original condition and include all product documentation & the box it came in.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a shipping label at no cost to you.
3. Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the Item: Use the trackable shipping label we provide to send the item back to us.
5. Once we received your items, we will issue a refund.
Exchange procedure
We take great care in hand-packaging each piece of jewelry and rigorously inspect it for defects before shipping. However, if you discover a manufacturing issue and wish to exchange the item, please email us at [email protected] with a photo and description of the problem, then begin the return process as explained above.
In the meantime, place a new order for the same item — shipping will remain free.

Timeframe: You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. If there’s a problem with the craftsmanship, you’re covered by our 1-year warranty.

This warranty covers any defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of your jewelry.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals or gemstones), or damage caused by improper care or handling.
