Return & Refund Policy

OUR POLICY

Our commitment to those who serve goes beyond delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the shipping date to do so—completely free, no questions asked. To ensure eligibility, items must be in their original condition and include all product documentation & the box it came in.

Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.  

3. Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, tags, and certificates.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.​​

Replacement

We take great care in hand-packaging each piece of jewelry and rigorously inspect for any defects before shipping. However, if you discover a manufacturing issue, please contact us with a photo of the problem.
